Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments made through the Minibar mobile application. By placing an order via the app, you agree to abide by the terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Minibar accepts the following payment methods for all orders:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Net Banking
Wallets (where supported)
Cash on Delivery (available in select areas and subject to ID verification)

2. Payment Authorization

2.1 By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for the order, including:

Product cost
Applicable taxes and duties
Delivery fees (if applicable)
Service charges (if any)

2.2 For prepaid orders, the payment must be authorized and processed before dispatch. In case of payment failure, your order will not be confirmed.

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
We do not store full credit/debit card information on our servers.
OTPs or passwords shared during payment are not collected or stored by Minibar.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices listed in the app are inclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially in response to regulatory or market changes.
The final payable amount will be shown at checkout before confirmation.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

5.1 Refunds are issued in the following cases:

Damaged, expired, or incorrect items received
Canceled orders before dispatch
Failed transactions with deducted payment

5.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days.

5.3 Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in account suspension until resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to legal action.

6. Failed or Delayed Transactions

If your payment is debited but the order is not confirmed:

Please allow up to 24 hours for automatic reconciliation.
If not resolved, contact our support team with proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshot, etc.).

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available only in select areas and for orders below a specified limit (e.g., ₹5,000).
ID verification is mandatory upon delivery.
Refusal to pay or present ID may result in order cancellation and blacklisting from the app.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Promo codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and may only apply to certain products, locations, or payment methods.
Misuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation of the discount and suspension of your account.

9. Billing Errors

If you notice an error in your bill or payment, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.
