1. No Returns or Exchanges

On any products that we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges regardless of whether the purchase was made in-store or online. This includes:

Opened or unopened bottles
Incorrect product choices made by the customer
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts
Products delivered in good condition

Please make sure you check your order carefully before buying.

2. No Refunds

Once the transaction is done, we will not give back the money regardless of the reason. This also covers:

Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with product taste or preferences
Late delivery due to external circumstances (traffic, weather, or government regulations)
Errors in ordering by the customer

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Even though we do not accept returns or refunds, we will still consider your complaint concerning damage or breakage if it is reported at the time of delivery.

If your case is to be considered, then:

On the spot, in the presence of our delivery person, you must examine the condition of the package.
Every damage or leakage must be accompanied by photos and be instantly reported.
We retain the right to decide such claims at our discretion and may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement.
