In our striving at Mamataj and Son's Private Limited, we endeavor to deliver all orders made through our wholesale and retail channels in a timely and secure manner. Kindly read this Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Availability

At present we deliver only to households in some selected areas where we are legally allowed to deliver alcohol. The deliveries are carried out in strict compliance with the law.
Customers must be of legal drinking age (21+ or as per local law).
Additionally, a valid ID issued by the government will be required when the delivery is made so that the age verification process is complete.
We will be forced to cancel the delivery if the recipient is underage or if he/she does not produce a valid ID for us.

2. Delivery Timelines

Orders usually arrive within [24-48 hours] after confirmation, depending on the stock and location.
Delivery times can possibly be affected during holidays, festivals, or due to adverse weather and regulations.
If we can offer it, we will let you know.

3. Delivery Charges

Shipping or delivery charges that may apply will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.
The free delivery service may also be scheduled for recipients whose orders meet certain requirements or who are participating in promotional campaigns.

4. Delivery Terms

At the time of delivery, the recipient must be present at the delivery address.
The orders will not be left without supervision or given to children.
If the driver cannot deliver the order due to the fact that no one is present at the place, the address is incorrect, or the order is refused, then the re-delivery can be paid and/or the order can be canceled without a refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers must inspect the products at the time of delivery.
If there is any visible damage, leakage, or incorrect item, it must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and documented with photos.
We may offer a replacement at our discretion for genuine issues reported at the time of delivery only.

6. No Returns or Refunds

As per our company policy:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been delivered.
